About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Account Development Representative to join our high-performing sales team. As an ADR, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust pipeline for the sales team. The best candidates are those that are looking to continue to grow and pursue a sales career. Syndio supports ongoing development and expanded responsibilities with proven success.

- Conduct high-quality outbound calls and create customized email campaigns to generate leads
- Work closely with dedicated Account Executive team to identify new opportunities within existing accounts and develop targeted sales plans to increase sales
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.

- Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team
- Effectively communicate product or service value propositions to prospects

About you
- 1+ year of successful experience in the SaaS industry
- Proven experience in B2B sales
- Proactive approach to success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn)

Role Progression
- In the first month, you will have completed a robust organizational onboarding that makes you an expert on our product, our competitive landscape, and our prospects.
- By your second month, you will dive deep into our sales training, and learn about our discovery processes, cold-calling, email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and more.
- At the end of your third month, you will be fully ramped up, independently supporting 2-3 account executives and expected to have produced at least five sales qualified leads.
