SUMMARY
We’re looking for a
Senior
Product Marketing Manager to join our product team. You will drive Rasa's market position and product strategy. You'll be the expert on our product, customers, and market, translating complex tech into compelling value propositions. You will be reporting to the CTO.
Full-time - 100% remote - Location: Germany, UK and Serbia
This is a remote position, but we cannot hire anybody outside of the UK, Germany, or Serbia for this position.
Rasa can assist with work authorization (visa sponsorship) for candidates located in Germany only.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
We're hiring for this position because we need someone who can bridge the gap between our awesome product and the people who need it. As a Product Marketing Manager, you'll make an impact on your team by:
Knowing Rasa inside and out, to the point where you can confidently demo it and field questions.
Manage product launches and releases and position our products in the market.
Communicate the value of a technical product used by millions of developers worldwide.
Knowing our market, competitors, and our customers intimately. You'll be on a first-name basis with many of them, understanding their needs and challenges.
Creating sales collateral such as playbooks, presentation decks, videos, case studies, or battle cards to increase the adoption and usage of Rasa in the enterprise.
Helping our product teams communicate the value of what they're building, so it resonates with both the developers and designers using our platform and the executives signing the checks.
Influencing our product roadmap based on your deep understanding of the market.
Owning our differentiation story. You'll be able to explain better than anyone what makes Rasa unique.
Hitting meaningful targets and being accountable for metrics and outcomes that matter to our business. (No busywork!)

You're the kind of person who's always asking "why?" and isn't satisfied until you really understand something. You love diving deep into complex topics and then explaining them in a way that makes sense to anyone. Here's what else we're looking for:
You take pride in your work and stand behind everything you publish.
As a self-starter, you generate great ideas and take the initiative to make them happen.
Strong communication skills allow you to excel in presenting at conferences, writing copy, or running webinars.
Hands-on and proactive, you’re comfortable managing projects independently from start to finish, especially in a small team.
Experience in product marketing at a B2B software company, ideally in a growth-stage startup, rounds out your skill set.

MEET YOUR TEAM
This role sits within our Product department and partners directly with our Germany-basedteam, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer / Co-founder. All of Rasa’s Product department is based in Europe, while the rest of the organization, especially Marketing, is distributed across North America.
