Responsibilities
- Develop robust tests that are independent to certify solutions that are customized for client requirements on the existing platform
- Should be able to calibrate test data scripts that are repeatable and write once run anywhere tests using Java, Javascript and JSON
- Create packages for test suites that enable pipelined execution using Jenkins
- Develop Jira integrated dashboards for tracking, trending of metrics
- Strong knowledge of data models, process flows and use cases
- Understand constraints or features of the out-of-the-box solution
- Update requirements document based on change requests or UAT feedback
- Work directly with Solution Delivery team to understand customer expectations, resolve issues & tickets, update ticket time and status in JIRA (tempo)
- Develop strong working relationships with other teams within the organization and foster cross-team collaboration, share feedback with other teams to improve how work gets done
Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably computer science, IT or engineering)
- 3-8 yrs of experience in test development role, client services in an agile environment
- Enterprise software experience in Cloud/SaaS environment.
- Java, Javascript, JSON, Jmeter, Jenkins, Selenium, Webservices, MySQL.
- Test data calibration, data integrity, migration, data security using scripts GIT, Jira, Confluence
- Define metrics and build dynamic custom dashboards, monitoring panels
- Setup operation readiness suites, pipelines, packaging tests for customer UAT
- Debugging skills, log analysis
- Docker, Appium and QAOPS is a plus
