About the opportunity:
Jerry is building the first AllCar™ super app to help people save time and money on their car — one of their most expensive assets and a $2T market in the U.S. We are leveraging technology and machine learning to help people optimize every aspect of owning a car including buy and sell, insurance, financing, safety, maintenance, repairs, and more. Since we launched our app in 2019, we have amassed over 5M customers, raised $240MM in funding, scaled our revenue 40X and our team to 250 across 7 countries.We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer to join our growing team! You will partner closely with our founders and senior leadership team to identify and engage top-tier talent for our most complex and critical searches across all business functions including product, data science, business operations, software engineering, legal, people operations, growth marketing, finance, and more.

How you will make an impact:
Source top talent for mid-to-senior level roles across a variety of business functions including product management, software engineering, data science, product design, user research, growth marketing, creative production, legal, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations
Leverage advanced sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and other niche community platforms
Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and implement effective sourcing and outreach strategies tailored to specific roles
Who you are:
You excel at identifying and attracting top talent by crafting compelling outreach messages and employing innovative and unconventional methods to find and engage exceptional candidates
You are a high achiever and are always raising the bar for yourself and for those around you.
You are as comfortable operating within defined parameters as you are with a high degree of ambiguity.
Ideal profile:
5+ years of experience sourcing top talent, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment across a variety of business functions including technical and non-technical roles
Proven track record of successfully managing multiple searches simultaneously
Bachelor's or Graduate degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
