About the role:
It's an exciting time for Anyscale as we now DRIVE our GTM Strategy while effectively sharing our product with the AI and ML market. We're looking for a motivated go-to-market recruiter to grow our Sales organization. You will be our next fearless yet strategic partner in finding creative ways to attract talent, deliver THE BEST candidate experience, while having great ideas in implementing scalable processes.We are looking for consummate team player with fire and poise who knows how to inspire and motivate; we will accept nothing less.

You must have:
- 6+ Years experience in recruiting (in-house + agency)
- 2+ Years experience recruiting for Enterprise Sales Professionals at a SaaS org
- A successful track record in hitting hiring targets every quarter
- A deep understanding of recent market and tech trends
- A Growth Mindset

$170,052 - $210,700 a yearAt Anyscale, we take a market-based approach to compensation. We are data-driven, transparent, and consistent. The target salary for this role is $167,000.
