We are seeking applicants for multiple warehouse positions on Day Shift, including:

  • Picking & Packing
  • Outbound shipping / order processing
  • Inbound unloading
  • Inventory Restocking
  • Quality Control

Responsibilities may include, but not be limited to:

  • Picks inventory for customer orders from shelves or assigned bin locations
  • Packs product into boxes in preparation for shipment according to established packing guidelines
  • Helps maintain clean aisles/bins/shelves that are free from clutter or debris
  • Sorts boxes for shipment, according to destination or other classification, and places boxes on appropriate pallets
  • Unloads material coming into the building by vendors, customers, or other warehouses promptly and accurately
  • Verifies the quantity and description of materials received by checking merchandise against the packing list
  • Stocks incoming shipments onto shelves
  • Promotes and adheres to company safety work rules and regulations
  • Communicate problems or changes in department to supervisor and appropriate personnel
  • Participates in continuous improvement process

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have at least one (1) year of previous warehouse experience to be considered
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations in order to accurately complete tasks
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Works well in a fast-paced environment; able to complete assigned tasks quickly and accurately
  • Ambitious, team player with a positive attitude
  • Adaptable
  • Dependable in both attendance/punctuality and quality of work
  • Not afraid to get hands dirty
  • Must be able to work these hours:
  • Day Shift-Mon-Fri--8AM-4:30PM (as early as 6am when necessary, as late as 6pm when necessary) 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with operating forklifts, pallet jacks and carts to move palletized inventory
  • Basic computer skills for packing and picking with Android Devices
  • Experience with inventory management and shipment systems

Physical Requirements:

  • Able to frequently lift/move up to 35 lbs and occasionally lift/move up to 50 lbs
  • Able to sit, stand, walk, bend, squat, climb, kneel, crawl, twist, balance, reach and use hands and fingers to perform repetitive tasks and/or assemble/disassemble equipment
