THE JOB 


This is a dynamic, customer-facing role where you'll be at the heart of the action, bridging the gap between our sales and technical teams. You'll be the go-to expert, working hand-in-hand with potential clients to uncover their unique needs, showcase the potential of our platform, and craft tailored solutions that drive real business impact. Your strong technical expertise and exceptional communication skills will shine as you translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences alike.

This is your chance to make a direct impact, turning prospects into passionate customers. This is a new position that reports to our CTO. This is a fully remote role. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 



  • Develop a deep understanding of our swag platform and serve as the go-to technical expert on our product offerings. 


  • Collaborate with the sales team during the pre-sales process to identify customer needs, deliver technical presentations, and showcase how our SaaS product meets and exceeds those needs.  


  • Address any technical questions or objections from the client.  


  • Build and maintain relationships with customers. 


  • Work closely with prospects and clients to design tailored solutions that solve complex business challenges, integrating our SaaS platform with their existing workflows. 


  • Support new or existing customer’s technical questions during onboarding, implementation, integration, configuration, and customization. 


  • Help develop and prepare software demo presentations. 


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams. 

REQUIREMENTS 



  • 2+ years’ experience as a Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar role in a SaaS company.  


  • A bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science is desired. 


  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in cloud-based technologies, APIs, and web-based applications. 


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. 


  • Customer-focused approach and ability to understand and meet the needs of clients. 


  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 

COMPENSATION 


$90K-$130K DOE
