We are looking for you:
You are a qualified and experienced Controller (m/f/d) and are joining our dynamic, international team. As a Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring all financial and accounting activities of our global companies. The aim is to produce accurate financial reports, ensure compliance with legal requirements and ensure effective financial planning and analysis.
What you will do:
- Monitoring all financial operations and activities of the Toradex GroupPreparing consolidated financial reports
- Ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations
- Maintaining and developing effective financial policies and controls
- Coordinating and managing the budgeting and forecasting processes
- Providing financial analyses to support decision-making
- Liaising with external auditors, tax advisors and authorities
- Driving the optimisation of financial systems and processes
What you bring:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in Controlling
- Profound knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR)
- Experience in an international environment, handling multiple currencies
- Confident with ERP systems; excellent Excel skills, experience with D365 an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluency in English
