WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Enterprise Architect Consultant will work alongside our financial client's architecture team to design and architecture decisions aligned with business goals and objectives. The Enterprise Architect Consultant will foster collaboration between business and IT to ensure technology investments deliver maximum business value.
You will:
- Develop and facilitate use of architecture standards and aligned practices to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Provide clear guidelines and frameworks to help engineering and operational teams align with strategic technologies.
- Drive business sustainability by promoting changes that improve the efficiency of operations, methods, platforms and tools.
- Drive Cloud adoption and integration.
- Promote use of automation tools that are easy to use and support.
- Promote enabling work at the edges supported by a core set of defined services.
- Modify engagement models to support rapid test and deployment of new technology.
- Promote workforce scaling model that grows with the application catalog.

- Your experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional working experience in related field.
- 8+ years of experience with focus on building enterprise architecture structure, process, and capabilities.
- Proven history of building and maturing enterprise architecture functions.
- Experience in regulated or financial service industries in strongly preferred.
- Understanding of networking, cloud computing and data centers.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices, including risk management and compliance.
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and methodologies.
- Engineering experience with programming languages and development tools.
- Ability to align IT strategies with business goals and objectives.
- Experience in developing long-term IT roadmaps and strategies.
- Consulting experience is a plus!
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive compensation with opportunities for additional incentives. The annual salary range for this role is $145,000-$165,000.
