This role is crucial in driving our growth by engaging with potential clients, managing inquiries, and guiding them through the sales process. The successful candidate will balance the responsibilities of both generating new leads and nurturing relationships with enterprise-level clients, focusing on our cross-border payment and global banking solutions.Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking, cold outreach, and responding to incoming inquiries.

  • Consultative Sales: Conduct consultative sales conversations to understand the client’s needs and recommend tailored solutions from Verto FX’s product offerings.

  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing ongoing support.

  • Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress, ensuring timely follow-ups, and moving opportunities through the sales funnel.

  • Deal Negotiation & Closure: Negotiate terms, close deals, and strive to exceed sales targets while providing exceptional client service.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the senior sales team, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and support the onboarding process where necessary.

  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to senior management.

Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a sales or business development role, preferably in the fintech, FX, or financial services industry.

  • French speaking is a huge bonus.

  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of cross-border payments, global banking, and FX treasury management.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with enterprise clients.

  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Initiative & Resilience: Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, resilience, and a burning desire to succeed.

  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes, with the ability to manage and track sales activities efficiently.
