As the Senior Creative Producer you oversee all of our creative operations, including photo and video shoots for our ads, websites, emails, and social channels, as well as project management across the creative team.  In addition to managing the production budget, you will ensure the creative team is executing shoots in response to clear briefs and deadlines from the merchandising and marketing team.  This means  working cross-functionally to ensure launch plans and deliverables are properly outlined ahead of such shoots, and that the creative team has the time, products, and resources it needs to be successful.  This role will sit within our creative team, report to our Chief Creative Officer, and manage three direct reports. 

You will:


  • Create and manage the annual budget for all creative (including all advertising, site, social media, experiential, and partnership content).
  • Manage relationships with freelancers and partners for all shoots and campaigns, including W9s, contracts, scheduling, permits, licenses, usage rights, safety procedures, and invoices.
  • Plan photo and video shoots including crew hiring, location scouting/booking, travel logistics, and rate negotiation.
  • Contract with brand ambassadors for our organic and paid channels, and own relationships with content creators.  This includes outreach, contract negotiation, project management, and feedback delivery.
  • Manage and mentor our Producers/Project Managers.
  • Work with the team to improve efficiency of creative operations
  • Oversee multiple projects at once, keeping them all on time, on budget, and at the high standard of quality our customers expect from us. 
  • Act as the first point of contact for all creative requests coming from other teams at Bespoke Post.

The ideal candidate will:


  • Has 8-12+ years experience as a producer creating both photo and video content
  • Positive and enthusiastic spirit that fosters a fun, collaborative environment among team members on- and off-set.
  • Has an entrepreneurial spirit and will take initiative. Maintains a scrappy attitude and is willing to roll up your sleeves to complete work as needed. 
  • Extremely organized and good at prioritizing. 
  • Is a great communicator and relationship manager. You’ll be working with a diverse range of team members and freelancers.
  • Is able to occasionally travel for multi-day shoots.
  • Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands is a big plus. 
  • Work out of our New York City office 3+ days a week in a hybrid environment

Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:


  • Starting base salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 per year
