Prowess Consulting is looking for an Enterprise Strategy, Data & Operations Leader with excellent sales acumen to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in driving initiatives and strategies to help with alignment on data vision, principals, and core capabilities to work for Prowess Consulting on a full-time basis. This is a full-time role that can be worked remotely from one of the states listed below; however, collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone will be essential.

The Role
- As Enterprise Strategy, Data & Operations Leader you will work with the Chief Data and Analytics Officers (CDAO).
- In partnership with the CDAO you will play a critical role in driving pivotal initiatives and strategies to help establish and champion enterprise alignment on Data Vision, Guiding Principles and Core Capabilities.
- As part of the leadership team, you will cultivate relationships and work on initiatives with the Executive Leadership Team as well as, with our Technology partners and key business stakeholders, external consultants, legislative and regulatory entities to deliver actions that increase member value.
- You will provide strategic advice and build roadmaps applying data and analytics and project management capabilities.
- Acting as a Change agent to influence out-of-the-box thinking, elevate insights and trends, teach, and challenge assumptions will help us advance our Purpose of inspiring well-being.
Responsibilities
- Help build and maintain the vision, and strategy.
- Partner with internal and external colleagues gather inputs and align critical stakeholders.
- Assist with driving the overall strategy aligned to the overall enterprise.
- Offers strategic insights into key themes and messaging based on business context and priorities of the organization.
- Manage the enterprise data analytics team updates for key operating and committees.
- Develop external relationships, as appropriate, to identify and keep abreast of emerging trends and opportunities in data, analytics, and technology.
- Take a leadership role with the leadership team, coordinating timely and topical events and process management to ensure that time and impact is enhanced.
- Your responsibilities will entail leading the employee engagement initiatives, managing the cadence and content for department meetings and department-wide communications, managing the annual strategy planning process; establishing annual, quarterly, and monthly strategic priorities and facilitating the workflows that advance them.
- Additional duties are varied and include managing the annual budget.
Qualifications’
- An undergraduate degree in a quantitative field is required. Master’s degree is highly preferred.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative skills; meticulous with ability to see the big picture and to work effectively at both high and detailed levels. Potentially, derived from a strong background in strategic consulting – either internal or external
- Capacity to synthesize complex information from disparate sources into a clear compelling story that helps the organization commit to action.
- Ability to quickly learn and apply new concepts in the course of work and produce high volumes of quality work product on concurrent projects under deadline pressures.
- Ability to work with and influence others with different priorities and at varying levels in organization.
- Strong eye for business combined with solid relationship development skills, effectively working with senior executive.
- Superior project management skills combined with strong oral and written communication skills.
