KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES
- Process gift payments and transactions sent directly to Cascade PBS.
- Input viewer and member comments and feedback into database.
- Process a series of reports, outgoing letters, and mailings in support of membership, fundraising, and viewer support.
- Assist with account maintenance in CRM, including name and address changes, payment updates, etc.
- Support fulfillment of Membership/Pledge premiums and benefits.
- Respond to donor and audience mail and email inquiries.
- Make outbound calls and work cases as assigned by Manager.
- Be a subject matter expert on membership and donor benefits, Cascade PBS programming, and use of Cascade PBS properties.
- May serve as point of contact or back up in the absence of the manager.
- May be back up for Reception as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to foster a positive and productive culture and contribute toward the overall growth of Cascade PBS.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, and customer service skills required.
- Fast and accurate data-entry skills; Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm required.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Two years’ customer service experience required.
- Experience with CRMs preferred.
- Experience entering and maintaining customer database and account information required.
- Experience with donor fundraising database software preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to view data on a computer screen for long periods of time.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to type on a keyboard for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift, up to 40lbs.
