Together we succeed.The Field Operations Manager is a leadership position in our operations team, focused on the performance and success of the assigned region.
This role is responsible for project management, personnel oversight, and team development. The Field Operations Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is accountable for the Branch Operations Team to Senior Leadership.
What You Will Do
- Oversee and implement Project Management tasks including, but not limited to:
- Compliance with all Absco project management processes, procedures, and tools.
- Manage scope, timeline, materials, personnel, and changes on all assigned projects.
- Facilitate all communications with internal and external teams including sales, administration, design, etc. regarding project needs.
- Track performance of assigned projects against pre-defined KPIs.
- Oversee branch service and warranty requests from customers.
- Management and development of direct reports including Field Supervisors, Technicians, Apprentices, and support staff assigned to the region
- Oversee branch operations budget in coordination with project items including subcontractors, per-diem, materials, tools, and labor.
- Attend and participate in required meetings involving corporate strategy, P&Ls, profitability, and any other items as determined by Senior Leadership.
- Ensure all work is performed in a manner consistent with manufacturer requirements, local codes, and Absco Standards
- Contribute to the continued improvement of Absco Solutions through regular feedback and reviews
- Support customer relations by responding to customer inquiries and technical issues
What You Will Bring
- 3+ years of experience with low voltage electrical, construction, or similar technical background
- High School diploma/GED required
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- PMP or similar desired
- Travel will be required when deemed appropriate to support the business
- Possess a valid driver’s license

Physical Requirements
- Ability to drive as needed to customer project locations across greater Seattle area.
- Requires sitting for extended periods of time at a computer, keying and reading content.
- Will be required to stand, reach, bend, twist, squat, and move about freely in an office environment.
- May need to be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Able to use office equipment such as phone, copier, printer, etc.
Compensation
Compensation for this position is salaried at $90,000 - $105,000 per year, determined on experience and credentials.

Travel between office locations may be required on occasion.
