WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Engineering Delivery Manager Consultant for eCommerce will lead eCommerce modernization projects and oversee a team of frontend developers. You will drive project timelines, unblock the team and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of modern eCommerce platforms, and the ability to manage technical teams.
You will:
- Establish and manage project timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
- Identify and resolve blockers, adapting project plans as necessary to maintain progress and mitigate risks.
- Act as the primary liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and coordination.
- Foster a collaborative work environment to keep the team focused and aligned.
- Oversee frontend development execution, ensuring solutions meet user experience, performance, scalability and security standards.
- Facilitate and support the implementation of best practices, ensuring code quality and optimization across the team.
- Collaborate with QA to ensure thorough testing strategies to achieve quality standards.
- Facilitate and support good software development practices throughout lifecycle and use of CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project timelines.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones to business leaders and stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and act as the escalation point for any project issues.
- Mentor and guide frontend developers, promoting professional growth and continuous improvement.

- Your experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent professional working experience in related field.
- 7+ years of experience in project management or delivery management with a focus on ecommerce projects.
- Strong understanding of frontend development technologies (React.js, Next.js, Redux).
- Proven ability to establish and manage project timelines and unblock team for continuous progress.
- Excellent communication, leadership and problem solving skills.
- Experience in retail eCommerce and frontend performance optimization.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms.
- Consulting experience is a plus!
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Competitive compensation with opportunities for additional incentives. The annual salary range for this role is $130,000-$155,000.
