This role is ideal for a professional with 4-5 years of experience in client account management, social media management, content creation, and B2B marketing. - Client Account Management: Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met with precision and excellence. Build and maintain strong client relationships, manage expectations, and provide regular updates on campaign performance.
- Social Media Management: Develop, edit, and schedule engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, and others. Tailor content to B2B audiences and drive community engagement.
- Content Creation & Strategy: Implement and manage social media strategies that align with client goals. Create visually compelling posts, write persuasive copy, and utilize industry best practices to maximize reach and engagement.
- Content Calendar Development: Build and maintain comprehensive content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic social media posting across all platforms. Coordinate with clients to align content with their marketing goals and timelines.
- Client Review & Scheduling: Facilitate client reviews of social media posts and ensure all content is approved before publication. Schedule posts up to one month in advance, ensuring timely and strategic delivery across all platforms.
- Performance Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns. Prepare and deliver detailed reports to clients, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Engagement & Community Building: Monitor social media channels for client brands, respond to inquiries, and actively engage with followers to foster a strong online community.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in marketing, client account management, social media management, or related fields.
- Strong writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in social media management tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in content creation, building out content calendars, and managing social media channels for B2B audiences, particularly on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Experience in facilitating client reviews and scheduling social media posts up to one month in advance.
- Ability to analyze data and create performance reports.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
