We are continuing to expand our teams and currently have an open position available for a Program Manager. We are seeking candidates with mid-level experience and leadership skills.

We are an established, 20+ year-old, privately owned, stable, and profitable company.As a Program Manager at Accretive Technology Group, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive successful program outcomes, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder satisfaction, simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and maintain an evolving program plan that reflects business goals, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Ensure the consistent delivery of quality outputs by producing deliverables early and often, meeting customer needs, and achieving program objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration:
  • Lead cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment, fostering a culture that balances stakeholder expectations with a clear understanding of required efforts.
  • Encourage participation and promote collaboration throughout the project lifecycle, equipping teams with the tools necessary for informed and effective decision-making.
  • Program Monitoring & Reporting:
  • Continuously monitor and report on program progress, risks, and issues, providing senior management with regular updates and actionable recommendations for resolution.
  • Identify and address problems and impediments proactively, implementing process improvements to prevent recurrence.
  • Agile Mindset & Continuous Improvement:
  • Embrace and apply agile principles within the program's context, driving continuous improvement in product quality, process efficiency, and team performance.
  • Facilitate regular program meetings, ensuring open communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage with all relevant stakeholders, creating a productive and trusting environment that aligns with their needs and expectations while balancing resource allocation effectively.
  • Strive for continuous enhancement of the program’s quality, effectiveness, and value to ensure long-term success.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field. PMP certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management or related role in an agile software development organization.
  • Proven track record of managing large, complex programs and projects.
  • Demonstrated experience working with traditional and agile project management methodologies and best practices. Experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach a plus.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and building business processes.
  • Proficiency in JIRA

A reasonable, good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base salary for this position is $115,726 - $156,570.
