Product Designer to join our growing product team!You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy. You will work closely with our Lead product designer to deliver the best solutions.
About The Role
- Design and deliver end-to-end product flows/UX/UI that translate big abstract ideas into concrete solutions
- Work closely with cross-functional partners in Product, R&D, and business stakeholders to ensure Beti is building the right solutions that address the highest-order needs of both our business and users
- Define simple and elegant solutions for complex problems, creating friction-free experiences
- Be a fierce advocate for best-in-class UX/UI across the entire design lifecycle of our products
- Map user flows, design, prototype, test and iterate on new features and products prior and post launch
- Design and maintain interaction patterns and libraries
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience building and shipping products throughout the entire (UX and UI) product design cycle at a product company - must
- Proficient in visual design and aesthetics, including typography, color, layout, as well as mobile and desktop UI
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders, communicate efficiently and share ideas early on in the product design process
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Strong skills and knowledge of Figma - must
- High level of written and spoken English
