About this role
The Sr. Service Reliability Engineer at Prescryptive consists of managing the pre-production and production cloud-based infrastructure, facilitating deployments of applications to production successfully, accurately, and securely and to define and implement monitoring and alerting and help troubleshoot issues.On the Infrastructure side, the role includes keeping platforms and components up to date; defining and implementing new services and platforms as required to drive improvements on availability, redundancy, performance, cost, and security.

What you will do
- Define the build / deployment pipelines for production deployments
- Work across engineering to manage flow from engineering to test and production.
- Advise on new infrastructure and technologies as well as setting those up
- Operate with the mindset of both a Service Reliability Engineer and a DevOps Engineer
What you will bring
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information security, or relevant experience.
- A minimum of 5 years in either SRE or DevOps role
- Experience managing Cloud Based Infrastructure
- Demonstrated knowledge of Kubernetes
- Experience in Azure DevOps
- Familiar with Agile methodology (Sprints, Scrum, backlog, etc.)
- Experience providing support to production environments
- Experience managing high availability and redundant services
- Experience managing Certificates
- Knowledge of SQL, PostgreSQL and Cosmos DB
- Demonstrated ability to team within a large and evolving engineering organization
- Inquisitive with a willingness to learn new technologies
- Bias towards action with a particular emphasis on proposing improvements or process changes when identified.
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Previous experience in a hybrid Reliability Engineering / DevOps role.
- FHIR API
- Azure DevOps experience:
- Code management: branches, pull requests, etc.
- Artifacts and feed
- Backlogs, Sprint, work items.

Prescryptive is committed to fair pay practices. The projected annual salary for this position is $125k to $195k.
