The opportunity in front of us is massive. We’re a startup creating a new category in the AI market. If that gets you really excited, this job is for you. Agolo is looking for a Director of Marketing to grab that opportunity by the horns and build a customer acquisition machine. We’re looking for a leader who craves ownership and obsesses over results. A data-driven, strategic operator with a move-fast, get-stuff-done style of execution. Agolo’s Director of Marketing will define our strategic market positioning, target personas and messaging.

In addition, this leader will develop programs, campaigns, and projects to execute against this strategy. This leader will own the demand generation function, with direct responsibility for our lead conversion funnel and all paid and organic channels (existing and new ones you identify as potential growth drivers), managing a budget, while continuously optimizing for CAC and LTV. About the role:


  • Lead the development of our strategic market positioning
  • Manage the strategy, execution, and optimization of all demand generation programs
  • Own lead generation and pipeline creation targets
  • Track and optimize conversion rates
  • Understand our customers, market, and product
  • Monitor demand generation innovations and regularly test new ideas
  • Lead content development to nurture prospects throughout the acquisition funnel
  • Manage our external creative and content partners
  • Partner closely with sales on campaign follow-up

  • You balance strategic, long-term thinking with a move-fast, deliver-results style of execution
  • You thrive on owning and beating ambitious goals. You need to create a fully functioning lead generation funnel in the next 3 months. Are you up for the challenge?
  • You’ve got strong analytical and quantitative skills, but also have a keen eye for effective messaging, copywriting, and ad-copy
  • You’re always learning. You fail fast, iterate quickly, and have a history of solving tough problems with innovative solutions
  • You’re excited about (and have plenty of experience with) product-led growth
  • You have experience managing people, agencies, vendors, and budgets

About you:


  • You have 7+ years in high growth B2B AI, SaaS or Software with a focus on marketing and demand generation
  • You excel at strategic thinking and quantitative analysis
  • You're genuinely excited about immersing yourself in the world of our prospects and customer
  • You take pride in enabling and supporting your teammates and consistently look for ways to make everyone better
  • You have demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive results
  • You're proficient in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing
  • You've have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You're a strong project manager management and cross-functional team leadership abilities
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field
