We are looking for an enthusiastic Ad Operations Intern to join our vibrant team in Wroclaw! In this position you will be working closely with the partnership team and focus on the administrative tasks. As an Ad Operations Intern, you’ll be at the heart of our ad operations, working closely with our partnership team on key administrative tasks. This role is your gateway to gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment as well as a great chance to dive deep into the world of ad operations and learn from industry experts.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support the Business Development and Sales team in ongoing daily operations.
- Advertiser Management: Manage and update advertiser content on the Start page, as requested by team members or stakeholders via JIRA.
- Assist with Promo Launches: Support the execution of promotional initiatives on the Start page, which involve our browser's displayed inventories.
- Advertisers CMS Management: Utilize our internal CMS tool to handle requests such as updating partner logos, changing information, or modifying links.
- Revenue Data Collection: Gather, organize and sort revenue data in Excel, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking.
Job Requirements:
- Currently an active student with the focus on economics, analytics or communication studies is highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Basic proficiency in Excel and a foundational understanding of data analysis, interest in working with data with ability to perform basic data analysis.
- A positive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Curiosity and proactivity in taking on a variety of tasks and responsibilities within the field of operations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly in English.
