What We Look For
Looking for bug bounty hunters who can dispel our developers’ illusions that their code works!We are looking for an Automation Test Engineer who will be responsible for conducting testing activities including analysis, design, implementation, and reporting for in-house software.
Responsibilities
- Leading the quality process for product development.
- Applying various designs and documenting the automation test strategy.
- Writing test plans and completing them for new features and applications until approval.
- Selecting or identifying test cases for automation.
- Automation framework design and implementation according to project structure.
- Building and implementing API and GUI automation scripts.
- Creating, enhancing, debugging, and running the test cases.
- Organising, monitoring defect management process and handling changes and conducting regression tests.
- Tracking issues and working with developers to identify root causes.
- Contributing to quality and functionality improvement of software.
- Applying quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product life cycle.
- Generating and analysing test reports and reporting overall project status.
Qualifications & Work Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in automation testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodology and the Software Development Life Cycle using Agile principles.
- Experience with QA techniques including black box, white box, and gray box approaches for smoke, regression, functional, user acceptance and exploratory testing.
- Hands-on working experience any with GUI / Web Automation Testing Tool.
- Experience testing API endpoints and automated GUI testing.
- Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Experience using the Atlassian suite or any other source code management, defect tracking tools.
- Experience with the development of use cases, test scenarios and/or test plans.
- Experience with test automation tools.
- Hands-on experience in Git, CI and CD tools.
- Excellent command of the English language.
