Aroma360 is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced International Logistics Specialist to oversee our global supply chain processes. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with international regulations and optimizing our logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with 3PLs, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage relationships with carriers and freight forwarders. Experience in production is a bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee global supply chain processes, ensuring efficiency and compliance with international regulations.
- Negotiate freight contracts, ensuring cost-effective and reliable shipping solutions.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with carriers and freight forwarders to optimize shipping performance.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with 3PLs to replenish stock as needed.
- Collaborate with production teams to align supply chain operations with production schedules (if applicable).
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in managing international logistics and supply chain operations.
- Strong experience with 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) management.
- Ability to negotiate freight contracts and manage relationships with logistics partners.
- Knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance.
- Production experience is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
