Position Summary
As a member of the Operations Strategy group, you will help drive the conceptualization and execution of scalable, multi-disciplinary strategies for the world’s largest carbon credit and renewable energy exchange. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind and is driven to understand and quantify how people, process, and technology are used to drive innovation aligned to organizational goals. Additionally, candidates are passionate about structuring and analyzing data to unlock business insight within an open framework of learning and collaboration.
The Operations Analyst will model the impact of operational transformations that strengthens capabilities and improves efficiencies across sales, delivery, finance, and customer success functions. They also help drive the planning and delivery of prioritized programs that rationalize technology and human capital for dynamic growth and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Mapping baseline operational models across key business processes
- Quantifying operational impact for new Platform products and service offerings
- Modeling transformation ROI across people, process, and technologies
- Developing transformation roadmaps aligned to strategic priorities
- Defining executive reports and dashboards on organization performance
- Creating cross-functional change management and solution design frameworks
- Driving project and program execution to ensure on-time delivery of transformation solutions.
- Visualizing strategic plans and progress plus business intelligence reports
- Performing other administrative responsibilities, as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 or a master's degree with 0-2 years of Operations transformation experience; distinguished candidates possess a background in a financial-services sales, delivery, customer service, or related functions
- Hunger to continuously learn and embrace change in dynamic environments
- Proven technical and analytical skills
- Effective communicator with an aptitude for building trusted relationships
- Advanced expertise with Microsoft Office applications, particularly complex Excel functions and scripts, with desire to expand expertise across new applications, as needed; distinguished candidates have experience in BI tools such as Tableau and Microsoft BI
- Proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar solutions greatly distinguishes candidates.
Base SalaryCompensation for this role will vary among specific regions due to geographic differentials in the labor market, actual pay will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience, knowledge, education and training.
