Nurse Practitioner (Telehealth) – Remote (Indiana OR Missouri License Required)

Earn between $600 - $720 per day working with one of the fastest growing healthcare services companies in the nation - all while working from the comfort of your home.We are seeking highly skilled and tech-savvy NPs to conduct telehealth consultations and provide essential healthcare services for Medicare patients.
About the Role:
- Compensation: $90 per completed Medicare Annual Wellness Visit
- Visits: 6-8 telehealth visits per day
- Position Type: Independent Contractor
- Hours: Minimum 16 hours per week, with at least one weekday and the option to work weekends
- Flexibility: Choose your own schedule, including Saturdays
- Start Date: Must be able to start by September 23, 2024 or October 3, 2024
- Training: Three consecutive days of paid training, starting on September 23, 2024 or October 3, 2024
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits and care gap assessments via telehealth
- Work closely with Medical Assistants who perform initial screenings at patients’ homes
- Apply ICD-10 and CPT-2 coding, with an emphasis on HCC coding for risk adjustment
- Collaborate through Microsoft Teams and manage patient data using EMRs
- Ensure that quality measures like HEDIS and STAR ratings are met
Minimum Requirements:
- Must hold an active Nurse Practitioner license in Missouri OR Indiana (additional licenses in California, Ohio, Virginia, Missouri, Texas, Nevada, or Arizona are a plus)
- At least 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Telehealth, or Home Health
- Experience conducting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, Health Risk Assessments (HRAs), or Care Gap Assessments within the past two years
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in telehealth platforms and EMRs
- Strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT-2 coding (experience with HCC coding preferred)
- Familiarity with HEDIS and STAR quality measures is a big plus
- Available to start by September 23, 2024 or October 3, 2024 and commit to at least 16 hours per week
