Talroo Inc. has an opening for Software Engineer for its office in Austin, TX.
Essential Functions performed in this role:
Design, build, test, assemble, support, and configure the application using business requirementsResponsible for incident resolution and support extended to customers through voice interaction/email/chat/remote supportDebugging existing code to identify and eliminate errorsDeveloping prototypes to demonstrate possible applications of new technologiesCreating technical documentation such as flowcharts and diagrams of program structuresMinimum Requirements:
Education Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Experience Required:
- 2 years of hands-on experience building or developing database analytics or applications
- Experience developing web applications either using (a) Java or (b) Scripting Languages (such as PHP, Python etc.)
- Experience working in a Linux environment.
- Experience with SQL.

Must reside in the greater Austin TX metro area or be willing to relocate to the Austin metro area to fulfill this role. This position is in-office Monday through Friday. There is no remote or hybrid schedule for this role.
