AscellaHealth is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Integrated Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This senior-level position will be crucial in driving cross-functional strategy and collaboration with IT and Business Development teams to enhance our digital presence and optimize marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, CRM management, and data analysis and will oversee digital marketing roadmaps, email marketing, KPI reporting, and personalized content development for marketing initiatives.This hybrid position focuses on in-office work three (3) days per week and offers work-from-home opportunities.What the position will be doing
- Work closely with IT and Business Development (BD) teams to ensure seamless integration of marketing strategies and technology solutions.
- Drive collaboration across departments to develop and implement effective marketing initiatives.
- Oversee the development and execution of Marketing digital roadmaps, including website enhancements and CRM management.
- Ensure alignment with overall business objectives and marketing goals.
- Manage website(s) content updates, including content, lead generation optimizations, and SEO enhancements.
- Manage the complete list of web domains.
- Develop and refine audience segmentation strategies with Business Development to ensure targeted and compelling messaging.
- Lead customer journey mapping by developing use cases and identifying channels and content needs for various customer segments.
- Collaborate with Business Development to map messaging to specific segments and ensure consistency across channels.
- Own the development and execution of email marketing campaigns using an internal tech stack.
- Ensure emails are optimized for delivery, engagement, and conversion.
- Manage deliverability and reputation of email correspondence and segmented lists.
- Develop Marketing KPI dashboards and reporting frameworks to track marketing performance.
- Analyze data to derive insights and make actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
- Deliver both monthly and quarterly reporting on marketing channels and tactics.
- Manage the overall strategy of tracking and analytics, such as setting up Google Analytics and UTM tracking tools, in partnership with IT support and the team.
- Strategically plan and manage customer journey mapping initiatives to identify key touchpoints, optimize user experiences, and drive overall business goals.
- Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and refine marketing strategies and content.
- Collaborate with Content Strategy and other internal marketing team members, as well as BD and IT, to develop personalized content strategies based on audience segments and customer journeys.
- Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and tailored to meet the needs of our diverse audience.
- Leads additional digital marketing initiatives as needed with direction from C-Suite and Senior Management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned or as necessary; remaining flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.
Necessary Skills, Education & Abilities
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or IT with a business concentration is required. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in digital management with a strong understanding of marketing and technology platforms, with at least 2 years in a digital integrated marketing role.
- Proven experience managing digital roadmaps, CRM systems, websites, and email marketing campaigns.
- Experience understanding web technologies and using CRM platforms to create and manage customer journeys specifically. Experience with Constant Contact and Microsoft Dynamic 365 Customer Insights platforms is preferred.
- Experience developing, reporting, and presenting data analysis to drive business decisions and insights. Proficiency and experience in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Constant Contact).
- Strong experience with segmentation strategies, A/B testing, trigger campaigns, and personalized content development.
- Ability to understand technology platforms and how to leverage our technology and platforms best to reach our customers and drive business most effectively.
- Knowledge of data analysis and KPI reporting tools. Experience with Google Analytics is required.
- Ability to analyze data and trends and effectively report findings to leadership, driving increased marketing performance.
