Overview of the Role:

Key Responsibilities but not limit to:
Daily Operations Oversight – Responsible for daily operational tasks such as transaction validation, processing, tracking, and reporting operating performance. Performing validation work and accurately assigned analysis tasks within set KPIs.Problem Resolution – Respond promptly to any operational issues or emergencies that may raise by the stakeholder. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to troubleshoot problems and implement solutions to minimize disruption to operations.Process Optimization – Streamlining workflows and procedures to improve work efficiency. This may involve analysing existing processes, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to enhance the productivity.Leadership – Maintain good bonding with the team members and stakeholder. Willing to extend helps to them by take the time to listen to their concerns, support, and guidance, and provide resources or assistance when needed.Client Support – Provide ongoing support to clients by addressing their queries, troubleshooting issues and support on any operations related matters on Involve Platform, and offering solutions to optimise their use of Involve Asia features.Cross-Functional Collaboration – Collaborate with other stakeholders within the Organisation to address their needs comprehensively to provide holistic solutions and support. Qualifications:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) & Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Meet, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)
- Having similar working experience in the affiliate field will be a plus point.
- Able to work physically in Malaysia office.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Project management skills for handling multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as presentation skills.
- Experienced or interested in process improvement from a technical standpoint.
- Strong analytical focus with the ability to aggregate and manipulate large datasets.
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills.
