Mission:


We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager with Lead and Demand Generation experience. This role is responsible for brand awareness and promotions for Mole Street’s services, management of targeted advertising, marketing, and promotions to reach and grow target audience as well as maintain current consumers and prospects while continuing to build new ones. You’ll merge data with insights to craft best-in-class experiences that solve user needs and align with brand values and business goals.The ideal candidate understands best practices in content, digital marketing, web, BDR workflow, digital advertising, and SEO.

You know how to collaborate with cross-functional teams, synthesize input into a cohesive content strategy, and communicate effectively to gain approval from stakeholders.

Qualifications: 


  • BA/BS degree highly recommended. 
  • 5+ years marketing experience and 3 years+ of demand generation experience, preferably in enterprise technology
  • Expert in marketing automation, demand generation, lead nurturing and execution
  • Experience managing budgets and processes
  • Expert level with HubSpot
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, or similar types of software
  • Strong experience in email marketing, website marketing, SEO, PPC, retargeting, social marketing, and direct mail
  • Analytical skills with the ability to assess and extract meaning from data and use this to optimize team actions and provide clarity for company forecasts.
  • Proven experience in a wide variety of inbound/outbound marketing disciplines, including social media (i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn), paid and organic search, advertising, retargeting, direct and event marketing
  • Proven experience with the development and execution of demand generation campaigns (with a marketing automation platform such as Hubspot)
  • Sales cycle experience, with the ability to assess and identify opportunities to maximize demand creation, pipeline contribution, and leverage sales opportunities
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Strong attention to detail with a proven ability to think strategically and execute strategic action
  • Team player able to work with the marketing and sales team to assist with company goals and directives
  • Exceptional command of the English language including verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent leader, team player, and self-motivator with the ability to get the job done.
  • Ability to travel at least 15% or as required

Responsibilities


  • Management of online/offline demand generation tools and campaigns
  • Effectively use marketing automation tools to increase the scale of demand generation programs
  • A/B testing to strengthen the lead building and customer acquisition
  • Create iterative marketing campaigns for lead acquisition
  • Produce compelling content, branding and sales assets, for internal/external use
  • Craft specific messaging that targets the right audience and drives awareness
  • Create targeted messaging and branding to drive brand awareness and visibility
  • Create visibility of campaign metrics and ROI through reports to communicate target goals and current results to the team
  • Monitor and measure sales funnel activities
  • Management of PPC, SEO, list purchases, and social media lead generation
  • Manage and drive key business metrics including sales leads, MQLs, SQLs, and sales pipeline targets
  • Manage the responsibility of content, campaigns, and messaging distribution, across all channels and platforms, to reach the company’s target audience and continue growing and retaining prospects and customers
  • Use historical data to analyze and strengthen overall marketing/advertising strategies
  • Present reports and forecasts to senior management to create stronger marketing tools/assets for greater success
  • Produce and manage multi-touch, multi-channel field marketing programs for customer acquisition
  • Create and manage effective demand generation campaigns for sales enablement, field marketing, and channel marketing across all platforms
  • Channel management of brand and product/service content; understanding of which content and approaches work best on each channel and why across the customer journey
  • Develop content strategies that target the right audience with the right content to satisfy user needs.
  • Collaborate with events and content creators to map the user journey, curate assets, and align copy with strategy
  • Improve content discoverability through search optimization, navigation, personalization, automation, and other strategies.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, with an agile approach that adapts to changing timelines and requirements while ensuring high-quality results
  • Run and manage brainstorming meetings with thought leaders

Admin


  • Daily huddle attendance - 9:32-9:47 daily
  • Weekly account meeting attendance - 10:30am-11:00am Mondays
  • Weekly Consulting Department meeting attendance
  • Availability on email, Slack, Zoom, and phone during working hours for connects with team and client as needed
  • Work on special projects including Mole Street marketing and other ops related admin projects as assigned
