Job Summary:
ThoroughCare is seeking a proactive and driven SDR-Lead Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential customers who can benefit from our care management/care coordination solutions. Your efforts will ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads for our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and ultimately contribute to the growth of our business in the value-based care space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads within the healthcare sector, specifically targeting organizations focused on value-based care, care management, care coordination and patient engagement.
- Prospect Qualification: Initiate outreach to prospects through emails, phone calls, and social media to assess their needs and qualify them as potential customers based on their fit with ThoroughCare's solutions.
- Industry Engagement: Stay informed about trends and changes in the value-based care industry, including new regulations, emerging best practices, and competitive dynamics, to better inform lead generation strategies.
- CRM Management: Diligently maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and current information on leads, including detailed notes on interactions and status updates.
- Collaborative Strategy: Partner with the marketing team to refine target personas, messaging, and outreach strategies based on market feedback and insights from prospect interactions.
- Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of targeted lead generation campaigns, leveraging your understanding of the healthcare market and value-based care to attract high-quality leads.
- Metrics & Reporting: Track and analyze lead generation metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing lead quality and conversion rates.
- Market Research: Conduct ongoing research into healthcare organizations, payer networks, and industry events to identify new opportunities for lead generation and thought leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay current with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in lead generation, with a focus on healthcare technology and value-based care.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in lead generation or sales development, ideally within the healthcare or health technology sector.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly value-based care and care management.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and familiar with lead generation tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with healthcare professionals.
