Job summary:
Ability to facilitate discovery discussions and author requirements and JIRAs. Familiar with WIKI and JIRA systems. Experienced with generating requirements (functional, non-functional.) Experience with Microsoft office suite. Familiar with Webex and holding remote meetings. Hold documentation meetings with business and development teams.
Essential Job functions:
- Meet with business and understand current system, and capture the gap to plan out week/month and establish the build schedules
- Oversee the build schedules and make sure the SLAs are being followed
- Work with management and business to provide progress and make sure there is no scope creep.
- Work with developer to capture the requirements in JIRA, Translate the business needs into technical requirements.
- Keep track of the system flow and the build meets the requirements.
- Review Feature Request and Defect JIRAs to for completeness and consistency.
- Meet with customer once a week during weekly status meeting
- Run weekly requirement/document sessions to update and get approval on WIKI/requirement/process documentation
Other responsibilities:
- Meet with business maintenance road maps
- Meet with business to outline current status, successes, challenges, risks and issues
- Support bi-weekly code rolls and QA efforts
- Sprint planning and management.
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in technical project management.
- Fluency in communication.
