In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to our clients, leveraging your consulting expertise to deliver tailored solutions and oversee the successful execution of our Connected Work initiatives. As a Programme Manager at LeapPoint, you will have the opportunity to:
- Take the lead in cultivating strong client relationships, driving engagement, and unlocking new opportunities for growth.
- Plan, monitor, and execute multifaceted programmes with precision, ensuring every project aligns with our clients' strategic goals.
- Coordinate multiple projects within a client portfolio, expertly managing interdependencies to deliver cohesive, successful outcomes.
- Take charge of the programme budget, making strategic decisions to maximise value and impact.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, addressing issues head-on to keep the programme on track.
- Uphold the highest standards in programme deliverables, ensuring every milestone is met with quality and on time.
- Be the key communicator, skilfully managing stakeholder expectations, negotiations, and problem-solving.
The following skills will set you up for success:
- Proven experience managing projects that span multiple areas, such as Workfront, SaaS integration, AEM, or process optimisation.
- At least 2 years of programme management experience in SaaS implementations, ideally with a focus on Workfront.
- Strong skills in project administration, including maintaining detailed project plans in a Work Management Tool.
- You must be based in the UK to apply.
