Collage Group is on the lookout for an Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic team. We’re on a mission to help organizations harness the power of culture to fuel revenue and brand growth, and we need someone like you to make it happen.As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll be the driving force behind our sales of Collage Consumer Insights to high-level leaders at advertising and marketing agencies, as well as Fortune 500 consumer brands.

This role is all about managing the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing the deal. Reporting directly to the VP of Business Development, you’ll be an individual contributor with a quota to meet, playing a key role in our overall sales success.Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with managers, BDAs, and Marketing to craft and execute strategic plans that will help you meet and exceed your $1-1.2M annual quota.
  • Dive deep into research to uncover new business opportunities. Work hand-in-hand with BDAs to build and maintain a robust pipeline through prospecting, nurturing relationships, social selling, and closing deals.
  • Lead discovery calls, deliver compelling presentations, provide software demos, and engage in meaningful conversations with subject matter experts.
  • Leverage your industry knowledge, Collage’s training, and consultative selling skills to offer insights that connect customer needs with our unique solutions.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of successful experience selling consumer insights, market research, data insights, and/or SaaS research platforms to Director-level execs and above at advertising/marketing agencies or Fortune 500 brands.
  • A strong connection to and understanding of the diverse, cross-cultural communities we serve is a significant plus.
  • Proven success in enterprise sales, including prospecting, identifying pain points, delivering product demos, building value, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Executive presence, business acumen, and top-notch communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • A disciplined approach to the sales process, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • A natural curiosity and eagerness to learn, grow, and be coached.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
