About the job
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive performance marketing campaigns across channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize campaigns for key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research
- Manage budget allocation, bidding strategies, and daily campaign management to maximize ROI.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging.
- Develop and optimize paid ad campaigns, conduct comprehensive keyword research, and perform A/B testing.
- Execute LinkedIn advertising strategies targeting B2B audiences, create compelling ad content, and stay informed on platform trends.
- Provide accurate verbal and written feedback to internal teams and supervise budgets and campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content and design team to create effective campaign copies and visuals.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of successful performance marketing and digital advertisement experience.
- Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads certifications required.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Agency experience preferred.
- Passion for digital marketing and tech brands.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to ask questions and contribute ideas
- Proficient level of English
- Living in İzmir
