Roles & Responsibilities
We require a knowledgeable and confident HR administrator to implement company HR policies.We seek candidates with excellent communication, record-keeping, organisational and timemanagement skills, along with a comprehensive understanding of HR functions and labour laws.The company prefers candidates with experience in HR strategies and people analytics.
Key duties:
Maintaining detailed employee records and documentsCoordinating data with various departments to ensure timely salary disbursal.Resolving employee queries relating to HR processes and administrationNew candidates and arranging onboardingCreating periodic reports relating to employee engagement, attrition, hiring andprofessional developmentProducing internal company documents and communication material for employeesImplementing HR policies and working with managers to ensure their enforcementCultivating a positive and welcoming work environment.Requirements and skills:A master's degree in human resources management or an equivalent diplomaA minimum of 7 years of experience in developing HR strategies and policiesKnowledge of industry regulations and labour lawsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEthical approach with integrityProblem-solving and decision-making skillsTime management skill
