Summary
Our client is actively seeking licensed Mental Health Therapists to support their growing Mental Health practice and community. This position plays a pivotal role in the practice by providing mental health counseling services to clients through individual, family, couples, or group therapy sessions based on the client's clinical needs. This role will have a meaningful impact on their mission to help people. Their licensed Therapists also have the opportunity to engage in mentorship programs for pre-licensed associates.Licensed providers are paid salaries between $60,000 and $65,000, depending on experience.
Full-time employees additionally receive paid time off, continuing education assistance, healthcare subsidies, phone/computer stipends, and liability insurance coverage.

Critical parts of the job
- Provide mental health counseling services to clients through individual, family, couples, or group therapy sessions based on the client's clinical needs.
- Utilize evidence-based interventions during therapy sessions.
- Participate in ongoing training, consultation, and supervision to improve the delivery of evidence-based treatments.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to help clients achieve mutually set goals using evidence-based practices.
- Offer case management services when needed while coordinating referrals to other resources.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care for clients.
- Respond to client crises as needed, following company safety protocols and consulting with a clinical supervisor for appropriate handling.
- Assist with referrals to different levels of care when necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date client records by completing necessary training and documentation within 48 hours of each session.
- Have the potential to mentor or supervise staff and engage in mentorship programs for pre-licensed associates.
- Receive support for additional training, consultation, and supervision in various evidence-based practices to expand exposure to different treatment modalities.
Scheduling details:For full-time, licensed therapists, the goal is 25 client hours per week. The office hours are typically open Mon - Fri 9 am - 8:30 pm, Sat and Sun 10 am - 6 pm. There is flexibility to meet clients' needs and maintain caseload requirements. However, clinicians must be available some evenings and/or weekends. Those with full clinical licensure are eligible for a hybrid in-person and telehealth services to clients depending on what is clinically warranted or required by insurance or state regulatory bodies.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Doctorate of Psychology, or related field.
- Actively licensed or eligible for/working towards clinical licensure in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Licensed Psychologist).
- At least 1 year of outpatient mental health experience is preferred.
