SummaryArtera’s Sales organization is seeking an experienced sales professional to sell to our Enterprise prospects.

You would join a team of talented Enterprise Account Executives. This role is an individual contributor role and will not have any direct reports. You will be responsible for full lifecycle sales into highly strategic named accounts. You will have an understanding of the healthcare vertical, ability to maintain C-level relationships, and seven-figure deal experience. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong background in healthcare technology sales that is looking for a new role at a high-growth company.

Responsibilities


  • Meet and exceed personal quota for net new business and for upsell of existing accounts in assigned territory
  • Manage your assigned territory, pipeline, forecast, and keep Salesforce and other tech stack systems updated
  • Self-source prospects and convert them to pipeline
  • Develop and execute target account strategy for top 1000 medical groups and health systems alongside Artera senior management
  • Structure and negotiate business terms and contracts with line-of-business, procurement, senior management and/or C-level executives
  • Conduct conversations with multiple stakeholders within the C-suite to sell against Profit/Loss through engaging presentations
  • Close and expand revenue within designated accounts to achieve Artera’s strategic objectives and quotas
  • Manage all steps of the sales cycle following company sales processes

Requirements


  • Critical: Experience with healthcare technology sales; 6-10+ years
  • Critical: Proven track record of selling SaaS products into enterprise healthcare clients, and experience with negotiation and value-selling
  • 8+ years of demonstrated successful software sales; proven experience identifying and closing six/seven figure contracts in a complex sales cycle 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Proven history of over-quota achievement
  • Results-oriented, optimistic, and inquisitive
  • Experience with a proven sales methodology (MEDDIC, Challenger, etc.)
  • Experience working in distributed and highly matrixed organizations
  • Able to travel 50%-75%
  • Based in the Pacific or Mountain, US time zone

$121,500 - $143,000 a yearThe compensation for this role will be based on level of experience and the geographic tier in which you are located. This position also comes with commission (50/50 base/commission split), equity and a variety of benefits.Tier 1 Salary: $135,000 - $143,000Non-Tier 1 Salary: $121,500 - $139,500

LOCATION


Artera values in-person collaboration and is currently hiring in the following US cities: Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, San Francisco/Bay Area, Kansas City, and Philadelphia (Wayne). Artera HQ is in Santa Barbara, CA, and we have an additional US office located in Philadelphia (Wayne), PA. If you live in the Santa Barbara or Philadelphia area, your role will be hybrid and you will be required to work out of your designated office location 3 days a week, unless otherwise noted in the job requirements. If you live in Los Angeles, San Francisco/Bay Area, or Kansas City, your role will be remote to start.

As our team continues to grow in these cities, Artera will be considering opening offices in these locations. Once that happens, you will be required to work out of your designated office location 3 days a week, unless otherwise noted in the job requirements.
