More about the Sales & Retention Advisor Role:


Airband offer a Hybrid working model operating out of Droitwich 1 to 2 days per week. Our Sales & Retentions Division at Airband are a dedicated and loyal Team who thrive on success, delivering exceptional Customer experience and targeted results.• As a Sales & Retentions Advisor you will need to be a great negotiator and have the communication skills and resilience to guide, advise and deliver a first-class service to our varied residential customers. • On a daily basis you will be dealing with a high level of inbound and outbound calls, which will focus on Airband renewals, negotiating with existing customers on renewal & upgrade offers.• Proactively contact existing residential customers via phone and email with updates on their enquiry.

• Assist in resolving any complaints within the company SLA and in a timely and professional manner. • Accurately maintaining our database and CRM (Salesforce) • In conjunction with their colleagues, daily input of customers’ orders into DWS Portal. VOIP• Create strong links internally with colleagues in other departments to ensure customers’ expectations are met.
