Georgia Based Clinical Care Provider - BCBA (Full-time)Remote, Georgia, or within a 50 mile radius of state line
We’re seeking dedicated, full-time BCBAs based in Georgia (or within a 50 mile radius of the state line) who are committed to delivering exceptional 1:1 therapy and parent training in an effort to advance our mission. As a BCBA at AnswersNow, you’ll report to a Team Lead and be part of a team of BCBAs, allowing the opportunity to share best practices and receive day to day case management support. Our team operates fully remotely—meaning you’ll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in Georgia (or the surrounding area), and will never have to report on-site to provide client support.If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and join a team that's reshaping autism therapy, we’d love to hear from you!
What you'll do
Work with a caseload of 8-9 families/clients to:
- Implement clinical programming according to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to increase socially significant behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors for clients
- Provide remote caregiver support and training to parents and other caregivers
- Provide remote direct therapy to clients
- Complete required clinical documentation and review client records to ensure quality assurance
- Conduct remote assessments and develop an individualized treatment plan
- Conduct remote functional behavioral assessments
- Conduct risk assessments
- Work with families to identify and evaluate barriers to effective care; collaborate with caregivers and clients (where feasible) to develop solutions to these barriers
Work with an internal BCBA team to:
- Engage in coordination of care activities with relevant stakeholders
- Collaborate with Remote Care Delivery Team to ensure client needs are met
Requirements
- You must live in the state of Georgia (or within a 50 mile radius of state lines)
- You must be a currently licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Have flexible availability to accommodate family scheduling needs (i.e., weekday evening availability and weekend availability)
- Adhere to the BACB ethical guidelines and any relevant state licensure guidelines
Preferred Skills + Experience
- Basic technology skills, including proficiency with video conferencing software, scheduling and messaging apps
- Comfortable with digital tools and platforms, and able to use them effectively to communicate with clients and colleagues.
- Reliable internet connection and a private, HIPAA- compliant professional workspace.
- Google Suite experience preferred.
- Experience with 4-5 different types of assessment tools including VBMAP, Ables and Vineland.
- Effective communication with colleagues, other providers, and supervisors.
- Ability to lead consecutive hour long sessions (sometimes 3 back to back) with clients and families.
Job Type and Schedule
- Full-time, W-2 Employee
- Availability Requirements:
- 5 day work week: Monday - Friday (Sat/Sun can be substituted for a week day to provide flexibility and meet client need)
- 40 total hours per week, and must be available to work 4 pm - 9 pm Eastern daily
- Must meet a27 billable hours threshold per week
- Actual hours will vary depending on client needs
