Cleared Infrastructure Engineer - Deployment Opportunity!
Bestgate Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a motivated Engineer to join our Architecture team. This team is responsible for developing the core infrastructure to support our lab environments and operational software deployments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in installing and configuring Linux systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Support the automation of deployment and configuration processes using Ansible and other tools.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and other teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system installations and configurations.
- Maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and processes.
- Monitor system performance and assist in implementing improvements as needed.
- Ensure systems comply with security standards and best practices.
- Enthusiastic to work with new technologies and learn from others.
- Must be willing to travel.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field is preferred. In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in engineering will be considered.
- Required Security Clearance: TS/SCI w/Poly
