Tennr Incorporated seeks Senior Machine Learning Architect Research Lead for its New York, NY office.
Architect and inform ML (Machine Learning) strategy for Tennr’s AI (Artificial Intelligence) capabilities. Develop proprietary models and techniques to enhance Tennr’s platform capabilities. Work on a platform that is configurable enough to adapt to the bespoke workflows of each of Tennr’s customers, but elegant enough to be the home base of nontechnical boots-on-the-ground operators of traditional businesses. Own large new areas within Tennr’s products, with a focus on the frontend systems for designing, maintaining, and running customer automation workflows.
Respond to customer requests and feedback by architecting, proposing, and implementing new product features. Recognize new product or capability opportunities to add value and propose and implement these changes. Prototype ideas and technologies from the latest industry developments and iterate on Tennr’s existing systems focusing on Tennr’sroadmap goals. Design and implement frontend features that apply the latest AI capabilities to automations workflows. Incorporate the latest Large Language Model capabilities to design for these new capabilities.
Supervise 2 Software Engineers in software development and AI model training. Requires Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematical and Computational Science, or related. Must also have advanced knowledge (gained from academic coursework, research project, teaching assistantship, or practical training through internship or co-op) of: Machine Learning and Statistical Pattern Recognition; Design and Implementation of Computer Systems; Applications of NLP (Natural Language Processing) with Deep Learning; Applications of Probabilistic Graphical Models; Applications of Reinforcement Learning Algorithms; Networking Optimization, Linear Programming, and Algorithms Design and Analysis.
