Future Investors Program Overview
Access is seeking outstanding sophomore candidates for our Future Investors Program. Future Investors will gain direct exposure to private equity investing through a week-long training and shadowing program hosted in our Baltimore office.This program will run January 2nd – 6th, 2025.Future Investors will participate in a four and a half day immersive experience including sessions on private equity, leadership, financial modeling, as well as opportunities to shadow deal-related work and meetings.The program is based at our headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland; free housing will be provided for all participants.

- A structured mentorship program, which pairs Future Investors with tenured Analysts and Associates

Qualifications
Successful candidates will have the following qualifications:

Requirements:
- Sophomore of Fall 2024 with a record of high academic achievement (cumulative GPA 3.5 or higher)
