What you will be doing!
As a field support technician, you will be an integral part of our team, interfacing with our Tier 2 technical support and Availability Management teams. This collaboration ensures effective issue resolution and provides a rich learning environment for your professional growth. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting for network, desktop, and systems hardware and software. You will also apply basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes, and recommend solutions.
You will also provide remote support access through desktop mirroring and other remote access applications for worldwide sites. You will identify, analyze, resolve, and follow up on problems brought to the helpdesk by users of cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will modify, move, and install new equipment, perform technical tasks and provide site support, perform integrity testing, and interview customers to gather information about problems. As a field support technician, you will be responsible for performing Data Transfer Agent requests to transfer files between networks, ensuring the smooth flow of data across our systems.

Education:
A bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, are required or a High School diploma or Equivalent and ten (10) years' experience is required.
Clearance Required: Must possess an active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance to be considered for this role.
