Role Description:
As the Marketing Director at PEAKE, you will lead the overall marketing vision and strategy, driving the company’s brand positioning, market growth, and customer engagement. You will be responsible for shaping and executing a comprehensive marketing plan that aligns with PEAKE’s business objectives and long-term goals. Your role will involve overseeing all aspects of marketing, from strategic planning to execution, ensuring that every initiative enhances the company’s market presence and drives revenue growth.

- Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with PEAKE’s business goals and drives brand growth, market share, and customer acquisition.
- Oversee the entire marketing function, including brand management, digital marketing, content creation, public relations, and demand generation.
- Collaborate with the executive team to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with overall business objectives and support company-wide initiatives.
- Drive the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences and deliver measurable results.
- Oversee brand management efforts, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels and touchpoints.
- Lead the development of high-impact marketing content, including thought leadership pieces, case studies, white papers, and multimedia assets.
- Manage and optimize the performance of digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email marketing, and SEO/SEM efforts.
- Spearhead market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI and support business growth.

Qualifications:
- 7-10 years of experience in a senior marketing role, with a proven track record of leading successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field is highly desirable, as is a Master’s degree or advanced certifications (e.g., MBA, Google Analytics, HubSpot).
