About the Opportunity


In a typical work day, you might complete the following tasks:

  • Use our internal software to efficiently and accurately process a high volume of documents.
  • Assist customers in reviewing their plan coverage or basic system features.
  • Field customers’ follow-up questions via phone or email.
  • Listen to customer issues with empathy and a can-do attitude then escalate as needed.
  • Provide technical support troubleshooting guidance for our software and log any issues in our ticket tracking system.
  • Assist members of your team and other teams in meeting company objectives through various creative and operational projects.

Requirements


About you


  • You’re a great communicator, especially when trying to help others.
  • You’re comfortable learning new technology, but not afraid to ask questions and seek out ways to improve your skills.
  • You dig organization and love crossing items off your task list.
  • You’ve had some professional experience in an administrative or customer service role, but want to contribute to a fast-paced company with a little more spark.
  • You seek a tech-oriented role to apply your critical thinking and strong communication skills.

Must Haves


  • The ability to work Monday-Friday from 10a-6p.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • The capability to receive and incorporate guidance and constructive criticism.
  • A willingness to adapt to and learn new technology or systems.
  • The ability to pass an annual HIPAA compliance training and manage confidential information.
  • Commensurate experience in data entry, administration, customer service, and office experience and the ability to multi-task and juggle these responsibilities as needed.

Bonus Points if You Have


  • Experience working with sensitive information confidentially.
  • Customer support skills and comfort in handling challenging situations over the phone - the ability to be empathetic, compassionate, responsive, and resourceful.
  • Experience troubleshooting software issues or working in technical support.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
