İzmir R&D Office.

About The Job
- Conducting quality analysis in terms of response rate and content for facilities that communicate through chat, pulling reports, and reporting to management.
- Answering calls on the office's main line, directing them to the relevant person, or taking notes and relaying them.
- Monitoring emails sent to the office's email address and responding to requests from internal/external clients.
- Contacting facilities that have canceled their membership, learning the reasons for cancellation, and reporting them.
- Reporting the total number of individuals/calls and durations on a daily basis.
- Contacting customers with outstanding balances and taking action to close the existing receivable balance.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in customer services department
- Self-learner, independent, and a great team player
- Passionate about solving complex product problems
- Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Advanced level of English
- Living in İzmir
