This team member will work on the front lines of our Contact Center to communicate with potential clients and help them understand how we can help.Apply today!Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Communicating via outbound and inbound phone calls, email, and text messaging and hiring qualified cases.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets by consistently achieving individual and team sales goals.
- Collaborating with other team members to deliver white-glove customer service and build brand awareness.
- Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Essential requirements
- Prior success in sales or other competitive field (sports, academics, extracurricular activities and/or former job positions).
- Coachable attitude and a demonstrated willingness to learn.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.
- Inquisitive personality and prowess for asking insightful questions to understand client needs and objections.
- Must be self-motivated, competitive, tenacious and able to work without constant supervision.
- Military member, veteran, spouse, dependent or relative preferred.
