Our Corvus and Aesir product lines provide managed and professional services to assess and address gaps in clients' security programs.As we continue to grow, we're looking for our first Senior Solutions Engineer. This role will be instrumental in working alongside our Sales Director to engineer technical solutions, price and close deals, and support lead generation and other sales efforts.Responsibilities:
- Technical Solution Engineering: Collaborate with the Sales Director to design and engineer customized cybersecurity solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.
- Pre-Sales Support: Provide pre-sales support, including delivering presentations, demos, and technical proposals to prospective customers.
- Solution Architecture: Design and document detailed solution architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and industry best practices.
- Deal Pricing & Closing: Work closely with the sales team to develop pricing strategies and support the closing of deals.
- Sales POC Support: Provide technical expertise during sales Proof of Concept (POC) engagements.
- Post-Sales Support: Assist with solution implementation and provide customer training.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for proposed solutions.
- Industry Research & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in cybersecurity, with experience in designing and implementing security solutions in industrial environments.
- Technical Certifications: Relevant Industrial (GRID, GCIP) and IT certifications such as CISSP, CISM, GICSP, or cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) are preferred.
- Sales Collaboration: Proven experience working with sales teams to price and close deals.
- Customer-Focused: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and engineer solutions that address those needs effectively.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Industry Experience: Specific experience in industrial cybersecurity and knowledge of SCADA, ICS, or OT environments.
- Cross-Functional Experience: Experience working across engineering, professional services, and sales teams.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage complex projects and coordinate across teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
