Job Summary:
The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Talent Acquisition team by coordinating various aspects of the recruitment process. This individual will work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience from initial contact to onboarding. The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for administrative duties, scheduling interviews, managing communication, and maintaining applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, assessments, and meetings with candidates and hiring managers across multiple time zones.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, providing timely updates and responding to inquiries.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS, ensuring all records are up to date, and generate reports as needed.
- Job Posting: Post and update job descriptions on various job boards and the company’s careers page.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Assist in coordinating background checks, reference checks, and any other pre-employment requirements.
- New Hire Onboarding Support: Assist with the preparation of onboarding materials, schedule onboarding meetings, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support high-priority roles and help streamline the recruitment process.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to recruitment processes, ensuring the candidate experience is efficient and positive.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing recruiting-related correspondence, preparing offer letters, and processing invoices for recruiting-related expenses.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of experience in a coordination, administrative, or human resources role, preferably within recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HRIS or ATS systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Familiarity with employment laws and best practices in recruitment is a plus.
