As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide insights, and support data-driven decision-making processes. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that drive business growth and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business objectives and technical needs.
  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets using SQL to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries, scripts, and reports to extract and manipulate data for analysis.
  • Utilize Python to automate data processing tasks, perform advanced analytics, and create data visualizations.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear reports, dashboards, and presentations.
  • Work with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability for reporting and analytics.
  • Participate in the design and implementation of business intelligence solutions to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Assist in creating project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and data models.
  • Provide insights and support for business initiatives, contributing to the improvement of processes and systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience with Python for data manipulation, analysis, and automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments is preferred.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Experience working with large datasets and databases.
  • Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow analysis.
